Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all content submitted to, generated by, or distributed through Doodrio. By creating an account you agree to this AUP. Violations result in immediate content rejection, account review, and — for serious violations — permanent termination.

1. Prohibited Content Categories

You may not use Doodrio to create, upload, or distribute content that:

Nudity & Sexual Content

  • Contains nudity, sexual acts, or sexually explicit material
  • Depicts minors in any sexual context whatsoever
  • Is intended to solicit or facilitate sexual activity

Graphic Violence & Gore

  • Depicts graphic violence, gore, or gratuitous harm to persons or animals
  • Glorifies or promotes real-world violence against any individual or group

Hate Speech & Discriminatory Content

  • Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Displays or promotes hate symbols, slurs, or extremist propaganda
  • Dehumanises any person or group of people

Drugs & Weapons

  • Promotes the sale, manufacture, or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Facilitates the illegal acquisition or manufacture of weapons or explosives

Self-Harm & Suicide

  • Promotes, glorifies, or provides instruction for self-harm or suicide

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — Zero Tolerance

Doodrio has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Any account found submitting, generating, or distributing CSAM will be:

  • Immediately and permanently terminated
  • Reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline (as required by US law, 18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
  • Referred to law enforcement

Terrorist & Extremist Content

  • Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates terrorism, genocide, or mass violence
  • Recruits for or fundraises on behalf of designated terrorist organisations

2. User Responsibility

You are solely and legally responsible for all content you submit to Doodrio — including scripts, uploaded images, and any other materials. Doodrio is a tool; the creator bears full responsibility for the content they generate and publish.

Representing that you own or have rights to all submitted content is a condition of using the platform. If you submit content owned by a third party without authorisation, you are solely liable for any resulting copyright or legal claims.

3. Automated Content Screening

Doodrio automatically screens uploaded images and AI-generated visuals using a content moderation API. Content that violates this AUP is rejected before it is saved or used. Attempted violations are logged, including the user account, IP address, and content description.

Automated screening is not a guarantee. Doodrio reserves the right to conduct manual review and take action on any content that violates this AUP, regardless of whether it passed automated screening.

4. Enforcement

  • First violation (non-severe): Content rejected; warning issued to account
  • Repeated violations: Permanent account termination without refund
  • Severe violations (CSAM, terrorism): Immediate permanent termination and report to relevant authorities — no prior warning required

Doodrio reserves the right to terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of this AUP or our Terms of Service.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, report it immediately to support@doodrio.com. Include as much detail as possible. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

6. CSAM Reporting — Legal Obligation

Doodrio is legally required under US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) to report any apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline. This obligation is non-negotiable and is carried out immediately upon discovery. Reports are also made to applicable law enforcement agencies.

Users who become aware of CSAM on the platform must report it immediately to support@doodrio.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

Doodrio may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated by email.
