Video quality
Doodrio applies Ken Burns motion (zooms and pans) to every frame using FFmpeg. YouTube's automated detection looks for static slideshows — our videos have genuine motion and pass as original content.
GPT-4.1-mini reads the emotional tone of each sentence and maps it to one of 48+ mood categories. The matching character set is then randomly sampled for that sentence.
Not yet. Custom character styles are on the roadmap. For now, light mode (black stickman on white background) is available as an alternative to the default dark mode.
Rendering
A 7–8 minute video typically takes 25–40 minutes on our 2-vCPU server. You can close the tab — you'll see the status update in your dashboard when it's done.
Yes. You can queue as many jobs as you like. They process one at a time on the server.
Your credit is automatically refunded. The error is logged and categorised. You can retry immediately.
Billing & Support
One successful video render. If a render fails for any system reason, your credit is refunded automatically.
No. Monthly credits reset on your renewal date. Top-up packs, however, never expire.
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Credits for failed renders are still refunded automatically.
We're available Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm EST. If you run into an issue during video creation, raise a support ticket and give us 24–48 hours to respond — we don't work weekends, so weekend tickets are picked up the next business day.
