Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset on your billing renewal date. Use top-up packs if you need occasional extra capacity.

What's the refund policy?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current billing period. Credits for failed renders are still refunded automatically to your account.

Can I write a script from scratch on the Free plan?

No. “Build a script from scratch” — the guided builder that turns your idea, your story and your own numbers into a finished script — is on Starter, Creator and Agency. The Free plan renders a script you bring yourself.

What comes with channel branding?

On any paid plan you get a persistent @handle watermark burned into every frame (so re-uploads carry your name), branded intro and outro cards with a subscribe call-to-action, and your brand color and font applied across your cards and captions — plus an optional color-grade that tints the stickman to match. It's the main thing that makes your videos hard to clone.

Can I use my own voice instead of the AI voices?

Yes, on paid plans. Upload a narration recording and Doodrio skips AI text-to-speech, then syncs the captions and on-screen scenes to your audio word for word. You can still use the 13 AI voices whenever you prefer.

Are top-up packs available on the Free plan?

No. Top-up packs are available on Starter, Creator, and Agency plans only.

What are your support hours?

Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm EST. Support tickets are answered within 24–48 hours. We don't work weekends, so tickets raised then are picked up the next business day.
