Terms of Service

By accessing or using Doodrio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Doodrio provides an automated video generation platform. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you submit to the Service, including scripts and any uploaded media.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@doodrio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are deducted upon successful video render completion. Failed renders are automatically refunded. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Top-up pack credits do not expire. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your billing dashboard. Subscription payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing, but does not refund the current billing period — you retain access to the Service until the end of the period you've already paid for.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Contains unlawful, defamatory, or harassing material
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activity
- Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to scripts you submit. You grant Doodrio a limited licence to process your content for the purpose of generating your requested video. Doodrio retains all rights to the platform, stickman library, and underlying technology.
Generated videos are owned by you. Doodrio makes no claim on your output content.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses OpenAI (voice, script rewriting, image generation) and Stripe (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that videos will meet YouTube monetisation requirements, avoid Content ID claims, or achieve any particular performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doodrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. YouTube Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Doodrio-generated videos complies with YouTube's Terms of Service, Partner Program policies, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. Doodrioprovides a tool — we make no representation that videos generated through the platform will qualify for YouTube monetisation or comply with any specific YouTube policy. Compliance is your responsibility.
11. Content Ownership & Copyright
You represent and warrant that all scripts you submit are your original work or that you have obtained all necessary rights to use them. Doodrio takes no responsibility for copyright violations in user-submitted scripts. If you submit content that infringes a third party's copyright, you are solely liable for any resulting claims, damages, or takedown notices.
12. Background Music
Background music provided by Doodrio is licensed for use in videos uploaded to YouTube. This licence covers inclusion in your generated video only. You may not extract, re-use, redistribute, or sublicence background music tracks independently of your generated video.
13. AI Disclosure Obligation
All videos generated by Doodrio are AI-generated content. You are responsible for disclosing this to YouTube via the "Altered or synthetic content" toggle in YouTube Studio before publishing anyDoodrio-generated video. YouTube has required this disclosure since May 2025. Failure to disclose may result in demonetisation or other enforcement action by YouTube. Doodrio is not liable for consequences arising from your failure to make this disclosure.
14. No Fake Engagement
You agree not to use Doodrio-generated videos in connection with purchased views, fake subscribers, click farms, engagement pods, or any other form of artificial engagement. Such activity violates YouTube's Terms of Service and AdSense policies and may result in channel termination. Doodriois not liable for any consequences arising from your engagement practices.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doodrio, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) any violation of these Terms; (c) any YouTube policy violation, Content ID claim, or copyright claim arising from your published content; (d) any content policy breach; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
17. Support Hours & Response Time
Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm EST. If you encounter an issue during video creation, please raise a support ticket and allow 24–48 hours for a response. We do not operate on weekends; tickets raised on a Saturday or Sunday are addressed the next business day. Response and resolution times outside these hours are not guaranteed.
